Dry Aged Duroc Pork Chop

You read that right, DRY AGED PORK.  You have to try this.  I've got a handful of pork ribs turning into gold in the dry aging room.  This is beautiful Duroc pork raised by one of the best in the business in the beautiful state of Iowa, and guaranteed not to disappoint.  We might get 50 nice, 8-10oz rib chops out of these.  First come, first serve. Two per package.  (Limit 4 per customer.)
